All consultation and coaching fees are non-refundable once the session is booked or the program has started.
Rescheduling of a consultation may be allowed with prior notice, subject to availability.
Missed sessions or failure to attend a scheduled call will be considered as completed and will not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for partially used services or programs.
